Makes digital images look like they were taken with a Polaroid camera. Drag-and-drop the image into the Polaroid-imitating interface, wait for the audio cue and save, print or share your creation.

Poladroid is a photo effect tool; previously it was available only for Mac users, but now it is also released for Windows users. This program gives a Polaroid effect to your images. The final result is highly realistic.

Poladroid’s original interface is in the shape of an actual Polaroid camera. To create a Polaroid picture, you have to drag and drop any image onto this interface and wait for a few seconds. For Mac user, there’s a free application called, “Poladroid - The Easiest and Funniest Polaroid”. On the other side, there are still a few flaws that need to be fine tuned in this first Windows version of Poladroid.

This will explain how this tool works: launch Poladroid and you get a Polaroid camera icon on your desktop. Drag a photo to this icon, and you will soon hear the familiar noise, just like the camera used to make. When the Polaroid has fully developed your picture, you will hear a musical sound. Full-sized picture is then placed to a designated default folder.

Now you can get back those good old Polaroid photos, you can now recreate them with any image from your digital library and Poladroid. OS requirements for Poladroid is Win XP/Vista.
